My Background

No glitter, no glamor, no shine. My journey began raw and on the grind, and continued through grit and sweat.

In the initial years, I pored over case files with a senior litigation counsel and later assisted a judge at the Delhi High Court. I learned the importance of precision and clarity—principles that have guided every document I’ve crafted or analyzed since.

At Thomson Reuters, I dove deep into commercial and technology contracts, uncovering what truly drives agreements—aligning intentions and making them sing on paper.

I then supported U.S. law firms, drafting pleadings, handling discovery, and court filings.

My path next took me to a Chicago business and corporate law firm, where I drafted and reviewed contracts, facilitated business formations, corporate governance, and compliance, and supported litigation.

A University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign certification further enhanced my knowledge of U.S. business formations, financing options, S.E.C. regulations, corporate governance, and compliance, adding depth to my support for clients.

With experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, managing, and administering over 300 business, commercial, corporate, employment, technology, and e-commerce agreements, I have supported industries such as services, private equity, e-commerce, manufacturing, and technology.
